0018: What Are Your Rocks?
A trainer should be more than a glorified rep counter. In fact, a trainer should also be a life coach. The exercise is only 1 part of a much bigger equation. I ask all trainers to ask their clients what is important to them. For me its these 4- Faith, Family, Fitness and NCEP (Business). It is my trainer's job to keep me accountable for MY own goals. I'm not saying every trainer should have all the answers to all of life's questions. That is foolish. I am saying, a trainer should be asking the question: What is important to you? Or like you will see in the video, What are your rocks?, AND then hold the client accountable for his choices.
To me, that is a much more important role of a trainer.........
