NCEP does not offer refunds. You can exchange any unused class for another course or transfer it to someone else.

To support NCEP’s commitment to protect health and safety, all NCEP certifications must be recertified every two (2) years. 

The acronym “CEU” stands for Continuing Education Unit. Continuing education programs are intended to promote continued competence, development of knowledge and skills, and enhancement of professional skills and judgment beyond the levels required for entry-level practice.

NCEP requires you to complete 16 CEUs every two year certification period.

Once you successfully pass your exam, a digital copy of your certificate will be emailed to you typically within 48 business hours. Within 4-6 weeks, a hardcopy certificate will be mailed to the address you provided.

Renewal of the Holistic Nutritionist (HN) is required every two years through completion 16 nutrition CECs.

No, the course progress is only for your benefit. NCEP recommends that you read all the chapters and complete all the chapter quizzes before you attempt the final exam.

To achieve 100% course progress in the course, you must complete all lessons and all chapter quizzes in the course. A lesson is considered complete or 100% when you have viewed or clicked on all pages within the lesson. 

You can view your course progress when you log in to your coursework.

Yes, your work will be synced across all devices as long as you only have the course open on one device at a time. If you start your course on a desktop and close the window when finished as instructed, you will then be able to see your progress on another device.

Your study material is available as long as your course stays active.  We give you 1 full year to complete the course. If you need more time, you must call before the end of your year and we will extend it.
